Order Cancellations/Refunds:
All sales are final. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they're placed because these are digital files. Contact us directly at support@youreverydaydigitalsolutions.com for misprinted/damaged or defective products. If we cannot resolve your issue a refund may be issued.
Product Support:
All template/spreadsheet files are sold as-is. Any errors found as part of its original creation are fully supported. You can always use your purchase link to download a fresh copy of the spreadsheet templates. If you find any errors please contact me at support@youreverydaydigitalsolutions.com. Any errors found due to altered/edited templates, by you, will be supported on a case by case basis or may be resolved at cost to you. Contact us by email to inquire or request new features to be added.
