• HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

• MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, WHY DON'T I SEE THE TRACKING INFO?
  It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system.For most USA orders destinations, you'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way to you. If you have any questions about your order, email us at store@thebusydadnetwork.com.

• WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?
  Our exclusively designed products are, made-to-order and proudly printed with the best printing processes available, so orders usually ship within 3 - 5 business days. After your order has been fulfilled, orders shipped to a U.S. location typically arrive in 7 business days or less. The shipping time for some products like jewelry may be longer because these items may be shipped from our international manufacturers. 

• I DIDN'T RECEIVE ALL OF MY ITEMS. WHERE ARE MY OTHER ITEMS?
  Your order may contain products that do not ship together. Contact us at store@thebusydadnetwork.com for more information.

• DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
  Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

• DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

Holiday Order-By Shipping Deadlines 

This is a busy time of year for us and our carriers, so we can't guarantee that all orders will be delivered by December 21st. But you should still place your orders by these dates for your best chance to get them on time!
